Our story of love for chocolate

Being keen travellers, collectors of beauty and knowledge, we used to visit faraway countries and got to know their exotic flavours. We’d always return with our suitcases filled with handcrafted treats, chocolates, unusual spices, teas, essential oils, etc., which gradually became something like a topographic map of all our adventures.

We fell in love with chocolate at cacao tree plantations, when we got to know about the tree’s fruits and the way they are processed. We drew inspiration from smells, local farmers’ stories, tribes with whom we ground cacao beans in the traditional way on the stone and drank cacao tea. After all the adventures, we were left with a dream that we wanted to share with others.

We took courses of world-renowned chocolatiers, perfecting every step in praline making – from the tempering of chocolate, getting perfect texture of fillings, through to accurate hand painting and decoration. That is when we started experimenting with flavours and mastering techniques, but always with a single goal in mind – to taste exotic journeys in every praline, while linking the flavours to the soul of Serbia and packaging everything in boxes that tell the most wonderful stories.

In the Casachok workshop, we make chocolate treats and pralines with a unique taste that will surprise you and awaken all your senses.

We handcraft our chocolate treats every day using carefully selected ingredients – the finest couverture chocolate with a high cocoa content, freshly ground nuts, fruit, aromatic spices and first-class essential oils. All ingredients are natural and of the highest quality, free from artificial flavours or preservatives. We take pride in the fact that we get all ingredients available in Serbia from local manufacturers.
